We charge a delivery rate of S$ 9.10 for purchases between S$59.90- S$ 99.90 ( nett or discounted price )
Free delivery is offered when order subtotals exceed S$99.90 ( nett or discounted price ).
Our flat rate offer does not apply to beds, furniture, strollers and other oversized items.
We offer a free door to door delivery for Medium and Large size beds, Furniture, stroller or other oversized items.]
We currently do not deliver outside of Singapore. Soon we will provide overseas shipping.
We delivery most in-stock orders within 72 hours from our warehouse, located in Singapore. Our warehouse are closed on weekends and all major holidays.
If you place an order on weekends and any major holidays, Pets boutique will not take that into consideration as a working day. Your purchase will be delivered in 72 hours starting from the next working day.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
- Goods sold are non-refundable.
- We regret that we only accept exchange of defective item(s), for the same or similar item(s) of the same price, subject to availability. The item(s) must be returned within 07 days of purchase in its original and unused condition with receipt/ invoice.
- We shall not be responsible for any returned packages lost in delivery.
- Customers shall bear the delivery & handling costs of returning the item(s) to Pets Boutique .We will only bear the costs of sending replacement item(s) if it is due to item(s) being defective. Otherwise, the costs shall be borned by the customers
