ORDERING
- Ordering from our website is quick, easy and most importantly secure.
- Orders can be placed by browsing the online store until you find the item of your choice and then
- simply click the 'add to shopping bag' button.
- At this stage, you can either continue shopping or confirm your order and proceed to checkout.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
- Security is one of the most significant concerns for shoppers during an online transaction and that is why we use market leading payment service provider Paypal.
- Paypal is our online payment processing system so when you purchase a product, please note that you will leave our server and be transferred to the Paypal server.
- You do not need to be an Paypal member to use this checkout facility.
- Once payment is confirmed, you will then be sent an order confirmation by email.
- All payments are collected in SIN dollars and we accept all major credit cards.
DELIVERY
- Once you have placed your order we aim to deliver the parcel within 3 working days.
- In the meantime we deliver within Singapore only , soon we will have worldwide delivery.
- We charge a delivery rate of S$ 3.10 for purchases below S$ 39.90 ( nett or discounted price )
- We charge a delivery rate of S$ 6.10 for purchases between S$ 39.90-S$ 59.90 ( nett or discounted price )
- We charge a delivery rate of S$ 9.10 for purchases between S$ 39.90-S$ 59.90 ( nett or discounted price )
- Free delivery is offered when order subtotals exceed S$99.90 ( nett or discounted price ).
- All orders are sent using Sin Post Mail or Speed Post to ensure your items arrive quickly and safely.
- We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late or lost deliveries.
RETURNS
- Goods sold are non-refundable.
We regret that we only accept exchange of defective item(s), for the same or similar item(s) of the same price, subject to availability.
- To return an item simply complete the returns form sent with your order and then return the product to us.
- All customers must fill out a form, giving a reason for return.
- Please note delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Any returns received by us outside of the 7 days will not be eligible for refund or may incur a handling charge.
