TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
By completing the appropriate order form on the website you will have indicated the products that you wish to order and at the same time you will complete an authorisation for us to recover, through your credit or debit card, payments due to us. Your order shall constitute an offer to us to purchase the products specified in the order and we may then accept or decline the order. If we accept the order we shall notify you of our acceptance by order confirmation email. We shall at the same time notify you of the identifying number (order number) for your order and you will be required to quote it in any subsequent communications. Only at that point will a contract for the sale and purchase of products come into being.
On receipt of order the payment will be processed and debited from the account. The card issuer will perform usual verification checks and in the event of card refusal we are not liable for non-delivery or delay. If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via email and in order for us to resend the item we will have to recharge the postage cost.
RETURNS POLICY
Goods sold are non-refundable.We regret that we only accept exchange of defective item(s), for the same or similar item(s) of the same price, subject to availability. The item(s) must be returned within 07 days of purchase in its original and unused condition with receipt/ invoice.We shall not be responsible for any returned packages lost in delivery.Customers shall bear the delivery & handling costs of returning the item(s) to Pets Boutique .We will only bear the costs of sending replacement item(s) if it is due to item(s) being defective. Otherwise, the costs shall be borned by the customers
Customers must request via email to return an item(s). We will issue a returns number and then ask you send your item back with the returns form and a brief explanation of reason for return. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us so, for your protection, we recommend that you send your return by a secure postage method (such as special delivery) this way your item will be fully insured. We can only refund your item(s) if they are returned within 7 days from date of despatch.
Original postage charges are non refundable as are any return postage costs. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
PRICING
While we make every effort to ensure that the goods shown on the website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If goods you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible. Prices throughout the website are quoted in Singapore dollars and payment can only be accepted in Singapore dollars. Delivery costs will be added to the total price of your goods. The price you pay is the price of the goods shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the goods has since changed.
